How does it work?
Each year, the World Youth Choir (WYC) welcomes about 80 singers to participate in the Summer Session, half alumni half new singers. New singers must pass a live audition in their home country and are selected in a 2-step selection process:
Step 1: National Selection (January / February) National juries select 12 candidates per country through live auditions and send their audition material to an international jury.
Step 2: International Selection (March) The international jury selects the final candidates based on the audition material Read more about:

Where can I audition?
The World Youth Choir cooperates with recruitment partners (music organizations, choral organizations, universities, music schools, conductors, music teachers, etc.) throughout the world. The recruitment partners create national juries and organize national auditions for the candidates of their countries. New countries are welcome to join this exciting and challenging project.
